Help us build a vibrant New Music community in Washington! DNMC's inaugural conference, New Music DC, will take place from September 15-16, 2018, on the campus of Georgetown University.

New Music DC is not to be missed! You’ll learn from experts in music entrepreneurship, marketing, and new music criticism, weigh in on commissioning compositions, hear about the joys and challenges of running a new music organization, and network with your colleagues! Plus enjoy two concerts on Saturday featuring works from DNMC’s summer calls-for-scores, and a Sunday “Spotlight” concert with chamber music by District5 Wind Quintet, and soloists from the Boulanger Initiative performing the works of women composers. #DNMCon2018
